    Hey guys,

    At various stages along my property career I've had the opportunity to sell various properties that I own. It's a great feeling to be in a position to sell a property for more than you bought and even more than it may have cost you in expenses and possibly even hassle.

    It also makes you feel proud that you can make just as much from the sale of a property as you can from a whole year working. Actually that part can make you cry too. 40 hours a week plus travel for 48 weeks a year...

    Hey guys,

    We receive a huge amount of feedback from clients who purchase through other property clubs and property investment companies. Unfortunately, many of these companies go bust leaving their clients to fend for themselves on properties that were bought off plan. In some cases up to 2 or 3 years before completion.

    On the surface of it, the biggest problem they're having is that values are simply not stacking up and without implying anything more sinister such as inflated valuations, hard sales tactics and implied guarantees, the initial valuation is generally the primary reason for their difficulty...

    This week I cover rising unemployment and its lag effect on the property market, the recent price drops and the coming recovery -- who do you believe on the all important dates? And would you believe that the next property crash is already being predicted???

    I've seen first hand that the big buyers are jumping back into the market now that there are great deals on offer, but in general, lenders are waiting, news is worsening, but cashflow is getting better...

    Christmas Office Closure - 20th Dec 2008 to 5th Jan 2009

    Hey guys,

    We are taking a few extra days holiday over the chrissy period and will be breaking up on the Friday 19th December at 5pm and opening up on Monday 5th January 2009.

    The office will be closed throughout the entire period and phones going through to voicemail. If you need to contact the team they will be available on email or mobiles.

    Simon, Karen, Alana, Arlene and myself will be away for an extra week and back on the 12th. Simon and Karen will be in South Africa attending Mike's wedding and Alana, Arlene and I will be taking an extra week in Spain where I am going to be finalising my second book on Emotional Intelligence and recording a number of the blogs onto video and podcast...
