Hey guys,
We are in the process of recording all of our education onto a series of videos and audios so those of you that are up to date with technology can hear me anywhere and anytime. :) More importantly we are keeping up with the times and the next big think in websites is video and audio content to complement the written.

A Stark Contrast: Australian and UK Housing supply .

It's not long now, just 4 days before my wedding.
I was reading the papers in Australia today where they had mentioned about a housing shortage they have in Australia. They are only building 150,000 houses this year. The article mentions that more housing is needed if Australia is to keep up with demand. They didn't give an ideal figure but the stark contrast is this:
Australia is only building 150,000 houses this year yet the UK is only building around 110,000 in 2008. That's 40,000 less than Australia...

Hey guys,
Well it's been an amazing time to be in property, in fact an amazing time to be alive. I have exposure to three different property markets (and recently a fourth) so I have had my work cut out for me keeping up with the UK, Europe, Australia and more recently Thai property markets.
The thing that I am noticing in all of these markets is that governments around the world have joined forces to end the credit crunch. I have an absolute belief that over the next three months you will see the easing of lending between the banks...

Thought I would give you some humorous yet good news that I have just seen on CNN and Bloomberg, these are US news wires that pump out continuous news about the economy and finance.
The interviews were looking at the package announced by George Bush today setting out how he intends to rescue the US economy. They were quite critical about the package and not altogether sold on the package. The commentator was U.S. economist and Nobel Prize winner, Paul Krugman he used a comparison of Gordon Brown's package as being the way the US should have gone...
