    Hey guys,

YPC Team Annual Christmas Weekend away...

This year I am taking the entire team to Spain for 4 days between the afternoon of Wednesday the 28th November until Sunday the 2nd December. We will conducting a Leadership and Team Building weekend.

I have substantial experience from my military years in outdoor team building exercises so I am going to put these to good use. The guys have absolutely no idea what they are in for. The whole weekend will be a competition with the 2 teams going head to head for the annual trophy which will be presented at dinner of the Saturday night.

To give you just a hint of what we are up to:

  • Training with a professional golf instructor followed by 4 competition holes.

  • Go-karting

  • Bike riding orienteering treasure hunt - maybe these might be bikes with a difference.

  • Drinking competitions including fastest keg(a small one) and most drunk(James and Alana are going head to head)

  • A fancy dress on the Saturday night with a theme to be decided within your team. They will only have 100 euros to dress themselves.

  • Salsa dancing lessons

  • Friday night will consist of a BBQ dinner on my terrace. This will be prepared and cooked by teams and judged by the other team.

  • So if you need us the team might be tied up (literally) for the Thursday and Friday. I will have my mobile for any urgent matters.

    Live with passion,

    Brett Wood
