YPC Programs
Career Development Program
The YPC Career Development program involves a series of workshop sessions, presentations and webinars focusing on CV building and preparing for job interviews; these sessions will cover questions such as how to sell yourself on your CV, answer interview questions, body language during an interview, how to dress for interviews etc. The aim of this program is to prepare young professionals well for upcoming job interviews.
Mentorship Program
The YPC Mentorship program supports young professionals throughout their career journeys. Young professionals are paired up with experienced professionals who will act as their counsellor and adviser to help with their professional development. This program aims to bridge the gap between young professionals and experienced senior professionals, where they can form great business relationship.
Interpersonal Skills Program
The YPC Interpersonal Skills programs involves training workshops and interactive sessions to equip young professionals with the right skill sets needed for career promotion and development. These sessions will cover a range of interpersonal skills such as relationship building, team player, self-promotion, creating a presence, time management, self-confidence etc.
YPC Connect Program
The YPC Connect program aims to provide a platform where young professionals can network with like-minded individuals and industry leaders in the field of their career interest, as well as network with other young professionals. The YPC team will be holding many networking events across a range of industries from Healthcare to Finance, exploring many topics and questions that young professionals have with regards to career development and promotion.
Volunteering Program
The YPC Volunteering program provides an avenue for young professionals to develop specific skills they may not otherwise have the opportunity to develop. This program gives young professionals a chance to gain real-life skills to place them in a better position for future job aspirations. Examples of areas where young professionals can develop are, IT/Technology, presentation skills, project support/management, social media, blogs or article writing and becoming a mentor etc.
